In my childhood, I couldn’t stand sitting in front of the desk studying for more than 30 minutes and would ask for help immediately if I had difficulties in doing a Math exercise.

This constant interruption can make it challenging to feel a sense of accomplishment, and it can be frustrating when we sense that we aren’t making significant progress.
