Example 1: I’m definitely not a night person. I rarely stay awake past midnight. I’m not fully alert and struggle to focus on studying or working.

Rarely, because during my childhood, I had plenty of personal time during the day, so I didn’t need to sacrifice sleep for other activities. I was definitely an early riser.

Example 1: Typically, it’s due to working on my projects or preparing intensively for exams. However, I also chat with friends on social media platforms like Facebook or Zalo.

These platforms, especially those with short videos, are crafted to instantly capture our attention and grow increasingly addictive. I believe many young people, not just me, are struggling with this issue.
