This can sometimes be challenging for those who are not tech-savvy and may encounter unexpected errors. Today, Mytour will guide you on how to install APK files with full Data on your Android device.
Guide on Installing APK Files with Full Data on Android
- The supporting software needed is ES File Explorer. You can download and install it here: ES File Explorer for Android
Step 1: Open ES File Explorer and select the Internal Storage => Downloads folder (usually, downloaded files are stored here)
Step 2: You press and hold the file to be extracted =>More =>Extract to .... on the emulator software. For phones, simply hold down on the file => select extract
Step 3: Then, you select OK to proceed with the extraction
Step 4: You proceed to install the APK game file (Here, I'm installing The Room game)
The game data is formatted as com.FireproofStudios.TheRoom
Then, you proceed to copy the newly extracted folder into the directory /storage/emulated/0/Android/obb, restart the game, and play as usual.
Note: For some games with data named Main ... or multiple subfolders like PUBG Mobile, Rules of Survival, GTA ..., you can start the game and then exit to let the device create the folder containing Com.. data in the path /storage/emulated/0/Android/Data or /storage/emulated/0/Android/obb. Then proceed to copy and replace to play.
