1. Unlocking Your Samsung Galaxy Smartphone Using Find My Mobile Feature
To utilize this feature, ensure that your smartphone meets all of the following conditions:
- The mobile device must be turned on (not powered off).
- The mobile device must be connected to Wi-Fi or mobile network.
- Your Samsung account must be logged in on the phone you want to unlock, and remote unlock option must be enabled.

Step 1: Access the Samsung Find My Mobile website on your computer > Proceed to log in to your Samsung Account to perform the steps to unlock your phone when you forget the password.

Note when using Smart Lock:
- This feature will be available for use after you set up the screen lock type.
- If you haven't used your device for four hours or when you restart your phone, you'll need to unlock the screen using the pattern, PIN, or password you've set.
