Zalo, the quintessential app for any Vietnamese individual's smartphone. However, many only scratch the surface of its potential, missing out on its plethora of useful features. Let's delve into 4 lesser-known Zalo hacks together.
1. Viewing Reminders in Zalo Calendar
If you find yourself juggling numerous appointments across various conversations, head over to Zalo Calendar for a more organized overview of your reminders.
Step 1: First, open the Zalo app on your phone > Then, within the Zalo interface, tap on the Plus icon located at the top right corner of the screen like this.
Step 2: Next, select Zalo Calendar > Here, you can easily track your previous appointments by date with a user-friendly interface as shown below.
2. Adding Zalo Calendar to Your Home Screen
If you're someone who frequently schedules appointments on Zalo, follow these steps to add Zalo Calendar to your home screen, saving you time accessing it.
Step 1: Within the Zalo Calendar section, tap on the Settings icon located at the top right of the screen > Then, select Pin calendar to home screen.
Step 2: Simply tap on the Add button, and Zalo Calendar will automatically be added to your home screen as depicted below. You can then move the calendar to your preferred location.
3. Chat Classification Feature
Here's a neat feature of Zalo worth considering. When activated, Zalo will categorize your conversations into priority and less important ones. To enable this feature, follow these steps:
Step 1: First, access the Settings section of Zalo > Within Settings, choose Messages as shown below.
Step 2: Now, select Conversation Classification > Then, toggle on the Show 2 Tabs: Priority and Others feature.
4. Quick Message Editing
Quick messages are quite an interesting feature that helps you save time while messaging. But if you already know how to create quick messages, here's how to edit or delete them.
Step 1: First, access the Settings section of Zalo > Then, select Messages as this feature is located within it.
Step 2: Here, choose Manage Quick Messages > Then, you'll see a list of quick messages you have in your Zalo. Simply tap on the message you want to edit.
Step 3: Now, simply edit the details of the quick message such as Shortcut, Content, or Image, then press Save. If you want to delete that quick message, just click on the Delete Quick Message text in red below.
