Regarding the duration and applicable fees, VietJet Air has set the following regulations:
- This policy is only valid during the period of support for customers affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
- For passengers with tickets scheduled between June 15, 2021, and June 30, 2021: The fee for rebooking identification is 220,000 VND per passenger per leg.
- For passengers with tickets scheduled from July 1, 2021: The new rebooking identification fee is 385,000 VND per passenger per leg.
Cancellation policy: Passengers must notify at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the first flight leg.
