Riot describes his skills as 'commanding mist, dominating death,' and from what's revealed in Viego's skill set presented below, it seems we'll witness a plethora of fantastical possibilities, infused with a sinister essence in the gameplay of the Ruined King.

1. Passive: Sovereign's Domination - Supreme Dominion
Viego temporarily possesses the body of an enemy champion he kills or assists in killing, restoring a portion of his HP. During this time, he will use the enemy's weapons, basic attacks, and abilities except for their ultimate, and can unleash his own ultimate without spending mana.
Viego's passive is akin to a reversed version of Sylas' ultimate or a slightly enhanced version of Neeko's passive, as he can truly utilize the abilities of the enemy he is possessing.
2. Ability 1: Blade of the Ruined King - Ruined Blade (Q)
- Passive: Viego's basic attacks deal damage based on the target's % HP. When Viego attacks an enemy he previously hit, the attack occurs a second time. The second strike siphons the target's health instead of dealing regular damage, but still applies on-hit effects and can critically strike. This passive is maintained while possessing an enemy.
- Active: Viego thrusts his sword forward, dealing damage to all enemies hit.
This skill is perfect for dueling and clearing single targets.
3. Ability 2: Spectral Maw - Shadowy Claw (W)
Viego gathers force and charges forward, creating a stream of mist that stuns and damages the first enemy hit. The stun duration and mist range increase over time while the velocity, damage, and dash distance do not.
The long-range stun coupled with a forward dash means Viego has an aggressive engagement range. This makes him a very potent ganker.
4. Ultimate 3: Harrowed Path - Dark Mist Territory (S)
Viego creates a shroud of dark mist around a nearby wall. While in the mist, Viego becomes invisible and gains attack speed as well as movement speed.
Another potent tool for ganking, Viego can suddenly emerge from the darkness near walls with additional speed to initiate ganks.
5. Ultimate: Heartbreaker - Death Sentence (R)
Viego escapes the possessed body and immediately dashes forward, attacking the enemy champion with the lowest percentage of health within range and dealing additional damage based on their missing health. Other enemies within range are knocked back.
So, it seems Viego cannot use his ultimate without activating his passive, meaning he needs to either kill or assist in killing an enemy to use it. However, once Viego has his ultimate, it's an extremely powerful tool for both closing the gap and providing some crowd control in team fights.
Overall, Viego will be an extremely agile and deadly jungle champion. His skill set is incredibly unique, but it also makes him one of the most challenging champions to play in LoL because you'll need to know how to play all the other champions in the game to fully utilize his abilities.
