What is 'Explain'?
According to the Oxford Dictionary, the verb Explain, pronounced /ɪkˈspleɪn/, means:
- “To tell somebody about something in a way that makes it easy to understand”: Trình bày, giải thích với ai đó về điều gì đó theo cách làm cho nó dễ hiểu.
