Tổng quan về lý thuyết chia động từ tobe lớp 3

Động từ tobe là gì và chức năng của nó?

Ở thì hiện tại đơn, động từ tobe là các từ “am”, “is” hoặc “are” và là các động từ chính trong câu.

Thể hiện công thức động từ tobe trong thì hiện tại đơn

* S trong công thức là chủ ngữ.

Cách viết ngắn gọn của động từ to be ở dạng phủ định:

• is not = isn’t

• are not = aren’t

Cách thức sử dụng động từ tobe trong câu

“Am”

Sử dụng động từ tobe “am” khi chủ ngữ là “I” (Tôi)

“Is”

Sử dụng động từ tobe “is” khi chủ ngữ là:

• đại từ số ít: he (anh ấy), she (cô ấy), it (nó)

• chủ ngữ số ít (khi chỉ có một người, vật hoặc sự việc). 

Ví dụ: my bike (xe đạp của tôi), the tree (cái cây),...

• “this” (cái này) và “that” (cái kia)

Ví dụ: This is a van. (Đây là một chiếc xe tải)

“Are”

Sử dụng động từ tobe “are” khi chủ ngữ là:

• đại từ số nhiều: you (bạn, các bạn), they (họ, chúng), we (chúng tôi)

• chủ ngữ số nhiều (chỉ hai hoặc nhiều người, vật, hoặc sự việc) 

Ví dụ: their houses (những ngôi nhà của họ), my friends (những người bạn của tôi),...

• “these” (những cái này) và “those” (những cái kia) 

Ví dụ: These pens are new. (Những chiếc bút này thì mới)

Bài 4. Biến câu khẳng định thành câu phủ định.

Ví dụ: He is my dad.

→ He is not my dad hoặc He isn’t my dad.

6. The box is blue.

7. It is sunny.

8. Katy is from Australia. 

9. I am a student.

Meaning translation:
