I initially booked a standard room for a 4-night stay, but to my delight, I was upgraded for free. This meant spending one night in a deluxe room on the 6th floor and the remaining three nights in a superior room on the 5th floor (thank you so much🙏). The deluxe room was particularly enjoyable due to its spaciousness and comfort, although the view of a nearby building sometimes prompted me to close the curtains after unintentionally making eye contact with people across the street. The terrace attached to the deluxe room was expansive and I appreciated the privacy it offered without neighbors on either side, despite the amusing presence of the neighboring building. In contrast, the superior room, while smaller in size both inside and on its terrace compared to the deluxe, boasted a breathtaking mountain view that allowed me to relax on the terrace without concern for privacy. The hotel staff were uniformly friendly throughout my stay, although language barriers posed a slight challenge, particularly with the evening staff who struggled with English. Breakfast at the hotel, while not extravagant, was satisfyingly adequate, though after four days the repetition in the menu became a bit tiresome despite slight variations daily. Nevertheless, the warmth and friendliness of the breakfast restaurant staff, like all the hotel personnel, added to the overall pleasant experience. Adjacent to my room was the renowned Horizon Room with its panoramic window view, which remained unoccupied for two days, affording me the luxury of enjoying the terrace in solitude. The open layout of the superior room's terrace, shared with the neighboring room albeit separated by an iron bar, sometimes gave the feeling of dining in a cafe next to fellow guests, an effect that could have been mitigated with a privacy screen. However, the unobstructed mountain view added to the ambiance and made leaving the terrace open preferable. The hotel's central location proved convenient for exploring the area, with close proximity to the town square, numerous dining options, and easy access to Ham Rong Mountain. Despite my desire to extend my stay beyond the initial four nights, the onset of a public holiday in Vietnam meant the hotel was fully booked, leaving me nostalgic for the refreshing mountain vistas and experiences in Sapa, following my departure for Hanoi.

It's a perfect score, 1000 out of 1000. Haha

The hotel staff were exceptionally kind. When we had to leave early in the morning, they kindly offered to serve us breakfast before the dining room opened. Later, they arranged a refreshing shower for us before our departure to catch the train. Of course, the room itself was perfect. Highly recommended!

The room at Sun Plaza Mayutin View was absolutely delightful! The manager was incredibly kind and helpful. Its proximity to Sun Plaza makes the location superb for a relaxing stay!

Our experience at Horizon Hotel was delightful from start to finish. The staff (including the owner) were exceptionally helpful and attentive, the rooms were impeccably clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the view was breathtaking. The restaurant was also lovely, and surprisingly, we enjoyed our best meal in Sapa there. Additionally, its prime location next to Sapa Cathedral allows easy access to anywhere in town. Overall, highly recommended for those seeking a pleasant stay at a pristine hotel in the heart of Sapa.

Stayed here for two nights. The guests were lovely and very helpful, assisting us with early check-in despite our early morning arrival. They also organized tours for us.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, close to most of the town's attractions. Adjacent to the hotel on the left, there is a clean and tranquil massage place. Along the same street, there is also a lovely shop offering reasonably priced souvenirs and locally made products. Being situated in town means you won't have a view of the rice terraces. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Mr. David and his team were able to organize daily tours for us. The rooms were impeccably clean and featured balconies as well. Breakfast on the first floor served hot and fresh food. We will definitely return.

Situated in downtown Sapa, the room on the 6th floor offers a magnificent view. Menzer, the host, is exceptionally friendly, and the grilled skewered meat at the nearby barbecue garden is particularly delightful in the evening.

The accommodations and service provided by the staff are outstanding, with a great central location in the city allowing easy access to various places, including restaurants and bars. However, there have been some concerns regarding the room photos featured on different websites, where the exterior views appear delightful but the actual surroundings consist of buildings.

Warm and welcoming service, impeccably clean room, delightful breakfast, stunning view. The laundry service is priced per kg and has a pleasant scent. They also surprised me with a delicious banh mi at the end, which was the highlight of my visit ^^

The hotel is conveniently located near the square, just a minute's walk away. Although the room isn't large, the experience is excellent. The room amenities are on par with those of a five-star hotel, if not better than most. While the breakfast options are limited, they are all delicious. My stay here was very enjoyable. What impressed me most about this hotel is the front desk service, which surpasses that of a typical five-star hotel. Overall, it's truly a superb hotel.

깨끗하고 뷰 좋이요

일단, 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 함롱산, 판시판 케이블카, 켓켓 마을 등에 접근하기가 머무 용이했고 아침에 먹는 쌀국수는 음식점 보다 나았습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절하고 다정했습니다. 만일 사파에 다시 간다면 또 머물고 싶습니다.

Great hotel, super clean and with a lot of complementary services. It’s the best position you can find in Sapa, close to the main plaza but not noise at all. The workers were very nice and helpful

早上服務員招呼好細心， 又可安排提早CI, 讓我們補回晚上周車做成的疲累。 房間佈置優雅, 有書卷味, 並有露台 , 可看下面街景 。 服務員帶引我們入房前會除鞋, 免弄污我們房間 。但每晚有一小段時間在洗手間發出少許氣味。 服務員亦我們預備美味生果。 服務員協助司機來酒店門口接我們上車。亦提供Fansipan 的旅行資料。 酒店早餐豐富， 亦可提供太陽蛋及河粉， 美味。

위치 - 사파역에서 걸어서 4~5분 정도 거리 - 사파 성당에서 2~3분 정도 거리 - 입구에서 나와서 오른쪽 계단으로 올라가면 함롱산 입구 - 입구에서 왼쪽으로 나와서 계단으로 내려가면 사파역이나 깟깟마을 가는길 (트레블월렛 가능한 ATM, 콩카페, 마트 등도 여기에 있음) - 사파 호수까지는 도보로 약 10분정도 거리 - 전반적으로 사파에서 여행 측면에서는 좋은 위치에 있음 (판시판, 깟깟마을, 성당 등 어느쪽으로 가기에도 좋은 위치) 시설 - 테라스가 있어서 경치도 좋은편 - 샤워실은 좀 좁은편, 수압은 다 좋음, 물빠짐은 조금 잘 안됨 - 비데 설치되어 있는건 매우 좋음 - 어메니티는 좋은편이고 드라이기도 바람도 강하고 설치 위치도 좋음 - 멀티탭이 있어서 충전에는 불편함이 없음 - 꽤 청결한 편이고 특별하게 벌레등은 못봄 - 냉난방기 설치되어 있으며 작동은 문제없이 되었음 서비스 - 조식은 메뉴 12~15개 정도 되는 것 같고(뷔페식), 주문 가능한 메뉴가 10개정도 됨 - 조식 꽤 맛있는 편이고, 보통 오믈렛 많이 먹는데 맛있음 - 직원의 경우 영어 잘하고, 매우 친절함 가격이 어느정도 되기는 하지만 사파에서는 여행/투어에 큰 시간이 소요되지 않기 때문에 호텔 자체를 어느정도 괜찮은데로 정하는 것 추천 전반적으로 고급 호텔은 아니지만 딱히 불편한게 없었던 숙소였음 특히 위치가 소수민족 트레킹 가는게 아닌이상 이쪽 구역 주변에서 다 걸어서 갈 수 있기 때문에 매우 편했음 (일반적으로 한국인들이 많이 가는 식당도 대부분 이 주위에 있음)

This is a simple, clean boutique hotel with great service, at a great location with fantastic views from balcony. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel room with all the checklists.

This hotel is really amazing. Location is great and walking distance to Sun Plaza where you can take the tram up to mid hill and transfer to the cable car to go up to the Fansipan mountain. Lots of restaurants and mini marts just right behind the hotel. Hotel staff are friendly and genuine. They speak perfect English and provided the best services to us during our 3 nights stay. Buffet breakfast is good too. Will definitely recommend my friends to stay here when they come Sapa!

Clean room and they do have heater if you are going there during the cold season. Staff are friendly. However, I am not very happy with the breakfast. Requested for the pineapple pancake, and one of the staff she got the order wrong and give me a banana pancake. Told her, she went back to the kitchen and just put pineapple onto the banana pancake for me. Clarify but she insist that’s pineapple pancake. This is a disappointment. Due to double pan fry, it is way too oily. What I can say is, the guy staff at the counter is good and welcoming. Not for the female.
