Công viên Vinpearl Land mở cửa từ 9:30 AM đến 9:00 PM từ Chủ Nhật đến Thứ Năm và 9:30 AM đến 10:00 PM vào Thứ Sáu và Thứ Bảy.
Khách đặt gói trọn gói sẽ được phục vụ bữa tối vào ngày đến. Bữa sáng và bữa trưa sẽ được phục vụ vào ngày hôm sau. Nếu khách muốn ăn trưa vào ngày đến thì vui lòng liên hệ trực tiếp với chỗ nghỉ ít nhất 5 ngày trước ngày khách đến để thu xếp.
Khách đi cùng trẻ em 4 - 12 tuổi phải xuất trình giấy khai sinh hợp lệ khi nhận phòng. Nếu không, phụ phí có thể được áp dụng tương ứng theo chiều cao của trẻ.
Không có giường phụ trong Biệt Thự.
Số lượng giường phụ tối đa trong một phòng là 1.
Tối đa 4 người được phép ở trong mỗi phòng, bao gồm 3 người lớn và 1 trẻ em hoặc 2 người lớn và 2 trẻ em. Yêu cầu giường phụ cho trường hợp đầu tiên.
Trẻ em 12 tuổi trở lên được tính là người lớn.
Trẻ em 4-12 tuổi sẽ thu phí khi đến nếu sử dụng giường có sẵn.
Trẻ em dưới 4 tuổi được ở miễn phí nếu sử dụng giường có sẵn. Tối đa 2 trẻ em trong mỗi phòng. Sẽ tính phụ thu trẻ em bổ sung.
Xin lưu ý, vé vào cổng Công viên vui chơi giải trí và cáp treo Vinpearlland không bao gồm trong giá phòng. Vé vào cổng được bán tại quầy tiếp tân.

Guests who reserved a full-board package will be served dinner on arrival date. Breakfast and lunch will be served on the next day. If guests would like to have lunch on arrival date, please contact the property directly at least 5 days prior to your arrival for the arrangement.
Guests with children 4 – 12 years old must present a valid birth certificate upon check-in. Otherwise, extra charges may apply according to the height.
Maximum 4 persons are allowed in each room, including 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children. An extra bed is required for the first case.
Please note that Vinpearl Land Amusement Park and Cable Car Access are not included in the room rate. Tickets are sold at reception.
The maximum number of extra beds permitted in a room is 1.
The property does not permit food and beverages from outside.
The property requires an additional services deposit in VND upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure if guest do not use any additional services in the resort.
Vinpearlland Park is open from 09:30 AM to 09:00 PM Sunday-Thursday, and from 09:30 AM to 10:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. |
