This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. All guests, including children, are required to present a valid government-issued ID card at check-in. Valid passport, Taiwanese ID, and Resident Certificate are accepted. Starting January 1, 2025, this property does not provide disposable personal items, such as comb, loofah, shaver, nail file, and shoe mitt.

- One child 3 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
- A car is not required for transportation to and from this property.
