Cancellation policy during the 2024 Spring Festival from 2/8-2/14:
(1) If the passenger cancels the reservation on the day of stay, 100% of the total deposit amount will be deducted.
(2) If the passenger cancels the reservation one day before the accommodation, 80% of the total deposit amount will be deducted.
(3) If the passenger cancels the reservation two to three days before the accommodation, 70% of the total deposit amount will be deducted.
(4) If the passenger cancels the reservation four to six days before the stay, 60% of the total deposit amount will be deducted.
(5) If the passenger cancels the reservation seven to nine days before the stay, 50% of the total deposit amount will be deducted.
(6) If the passenger cancels the reservation ten to thirteen days before the stay, 30% of the total deposit amount will be deducted.
(7) If a passenger cancels a reservation fourteen days before accommodation, no deposit will be deducted.
