Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property offers airport shuttle pickup service from Taichung HSR Station only. Starting January 1, 2025, this property does not provide disposable personal items, such as comb, loofah, shaver, nail file, and shoe mitt. A chargeable pick-up shuttle from Taichung HSR Station is available Monday-Sunday at 11 AM and 2:30 PM. A chargeable drop-off shuttle to Taichung HSR Station from the hotel is available Monday-Sunday at 11:30 AM and 3 PM.
