Visitors must present ID card or passport for hotel record. Visiting time is from 07:00 to 21:00 daily. After 21:00, only registered and reserved guests may be staying in the room.
Children above 6 years old will be charged VND 209,000 for breakfast per day.

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. All guests must register upon arrival. No visitors or unregistered guests are allowed in guestrooms after 9 PM.
