Grand Resort Deck will close operations from 18 November 2024 for annual maintenance and will reopen on 18 April 2025.
Hotel staying guests could enjoy exclusive free access to Grand Resort Deck. Passes to access the Grand Resort Deck are provided based on the number of paying guests per room. Grand Resort Deck opening hours is subject to weather conditions and seasonal change.
Hotel staying guests could enjoy complimentary admission of 2 hours at Galaxy Kidz Edutainment Center for 2 adults and 2 kids per room per day.

Special check-in instructions
Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Passes to access the waterpark (Grand Resort Deck) are provided based on the number of paying guests per room. Additional guests must purchase day passes to access the waterpark. According to Macau Law No. 16/2021, visitors are required to provide the incoming passenger card issued while clearing immigration. If the card could not be provided, guests are not allowed to stay.

- Up to 2 children 12 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
- Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
- The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
- Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.
