Special check-in instructions
Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property is located on floors 20-49 in the Station Building. Guests booked in the concierge floor room types receive club lounge access for adults, and children under 4. Children age 4-12 are charged JPY 7,500 per child to access the club lounge.
