Dịch vụ xe đưa đón miễn phí đến Las Vegas Strip sẽ ngưng hoạt động từ ngày 30/09/2018.
Khi nhận phòng, quý khách cần đặt cọc 50 USD bằng tiền mặt mỗi đêm cho thiệt hại hoặc các chi phí phát sinh trong quá trình lưu trú. Đặt cọc sẽ được hoàn lại khi trả phòng.

Vào ngày 31 tháng 10 năm 2019, Palms sẽ ra mắt Khu Tập Thể KAOS, Las Vegas, cấu trúc vòm khép kín, kiểm soát khí hậu, sẽ mang lại những trải nghiệm với bể bơi khu nghỉ dưỡng và câu lạc bộ ngày/câu lạc bộ đêm theo mùa cuối cùng bắt đầu vào đêm Halloween và tiếp tục đến tháng 3 năm 2020.

Cardi B sẽ mở lễ khai trương mùa quỷ với bữa tiệc “Demon Dome” Halloween, lấy cảm hứng từ bộ phim “Mad Max” (Max Điên: Con Đường Tử Thần), vào đêm 31 tháng 10 năm 2019. Chương trình bổ sung trong suốt mùa quỷ sẽ bao gồm các bữa tiệc cho Đêm Giao Thừa, trò chơi lớn về bóng đá, giải bóng rổ đại học tháng 3 và nghỉ xuân.

The KAOS Dayclub & Nightclub and the Palms Resort Pool is undergoing renovation and will be temporarily closed from September 15, 2019 until October 30, 2019.

On October 31, 2019 , Palms will debut KAOS Dome, Las Vegas’ largest climate-controlled, fully enclosed domed structure, which will create the ultimate seasonal dayclub/nightclub and resort pool experience beginning on Halloween night and continuing into March 2020.

Cardi B will kick off the grand opening of dome season with a “Demon Dome” Halloween party, inspired by the movie “Mad Max” on the night of October 31, 2019. Additional programming throughout the dome season will include parties for New Year’s Eve, football’s big game, the March college basketball tournament and spring break.
