Vui lòng đặt chỗ trước 11:00 PM trước khi trả phòng.
Theo luật thuế tại địa phương, khách cần đóng thuế phụ thu chỗ ở, thanh toán trực tiếp cho chỗ nghỉ lúc nhận phòng (mỗi người mỗi đêm):
Từ tháng 1 năm 2017 đến tháng 5 năm 2019:
Thuế chỗ ở 100 JPY mỗi người mỗi đêm được thu tại chỗ nghỉ đối với giá phòng từ 10.000 JPY trở lên và dưới 15.000 JPY.
Thuế chỗ ở 200 JPY mỗi người mỗi đêm được thu tại chỗ nghỉ đối với giá phòng từ 20.000 JPY trở xuống.
Thuế chỗ ở 300 JPY mỗi người mỗi đêm được thu tại khách sạn đối với giá phòng từ 20.000 JPY trở lên.
Từ ngày 1 tháng 6 năm 2019:
Thuế chỗ ở 100 JPY mỗi người mỗi đêm được thu tại chỗ nghỉ đối với giá phòng từ 7.000 JPY trở lên và dưới 15.000 JPY.
Thuế chỗ ở 200 JPY mỗi người mỗi đêm được thu tại chỗ nghỉ đối với giá phòng từ 20.000 JPY trở xuống.
Thuế chỗ ở 300 JPY mỗi người mỗi đêm được thu tại khách sạn đối với giá phòng từ 20.000 JPY trở lên.

Trẻ em từ 7 tuổi được xem là người lớn

Trẻ em từ 0-6 tuổi được miễn phí nếu sử dụng giường sẵn có. Quý khách sẽ phải trả thêm phụ phí nếu sử dụng thêm giường phụ.

The hotel provides pick-up service between 4:00pm to 11:00pm from Rinku Town Train Station or Izumisano Train Staion to the hotel.

*From the hotel to Kansai International Airport
Route 1 (To Kansai International Airport) : from 5:15am to 9:25am, an hourly service
Route 2 (To Kansai International Airport via Rinku Town Station) : from 6:30am to 9:30am, an hourly service
Please reserve the seat by 11:00pm of the day before your check out.
According to local tax regulation, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):

Accommodation tax of JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates JPY10,000 and over and less than JPY 15,000.

The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM - 11:30 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. • Children 3 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ).
