Special check-in instructions
Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. NeN restaurant will be closed from February 20-March 24, 2025 due to renovation. From February 20-27 and March 1-24, 2025, breakfast will be available at the banquet hall. On February 28, 2025, breakfast will be available at Hanaza restaurant. The listed breakfast fees are for guests who stay starting from April 1, 2025. The breakfast fees for guest staying now to March 31, 2025 are JPY 2,500 per adult.

Know Before You Go

• Hot springs access available from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
• One child 5 years old or younger stays free, per registered adult, when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Parking height restrictions apply.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
