■ Notice of "Spa" Closure Due to Legal Inspection in 2025
Due to the statutory inspection, the Sky Resort Spa "PULAU BULAN" on the 22nd floor, the hair salon "VARIE Non-Damage Salon," and the "Esthetic Salon Socie" will be closed all day on Wednesday, May 7, 2025.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding.
- Closure Date (all day, including morning bath): Wednesday, May 7, 2025
- Morning bath only suspension: Thursday, May 8, 2025

Special check-in instructions
To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 8 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Construction is underway at the property from April 1 to October 31, 2025, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Guests may hear construction-related noise and vibration during business hours. The listed breakfast fees are valid as of April 1, 2025. The breakfast fees for guests staying now to March 31, 2025 are JPY 3,300 per adult and JPY 1,800 per child.

- Reservations are required for spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
- Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

- Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately JPY 3500 for adults and JPY 2000 for children
- Self parking fee: JPY 1650 per night
