Do tiến hành kiểm tra thiết bị điện cho toàn bộ khách sạn dựa trên luật pháp và các quy định, lịch trình trên sẽ được đóng lại.
Tất cả các cơ sở bao gồm phòng khách, nhà hàng, phòng tiệc và spa sẽ đóng cửa.

Special check-in instructions
Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Breakfast is not included in the breakfast rate for children age 16 or younger. Listed breakfast fees are charged at the property if breakfast is requested for children.
Know Before You Go
- Reservations are required for spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
- Up to 2 children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
- Contactless check-out is available.
- Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
- This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly).

- Fee for in-room wireless internet: JPY 1000 per day (rates may vary)

- Airport shuttle fee: JPY 950 (one-way)
- Airport shuttle fee per child: JPY 480 (one-way)
- Self parking fee: JPY 3000 per day
- Rollaway bed fee: JPY 10120 per night
