Theo luật thuế tại địa phương, kể từ ngày 1/10/2018, khách hàng cần trả thêm thuế chỗ ở, thanh toán trực tiếp cho nơi lưu trú lúc nhận phòng.
Mức thuế được tính theo đầu người mỗi đêm và tùy theo giá phòng mỗi đêm, cụ thể như sau:
- Giá phòng từ 19.999 JPY trở xuống: 200 JPY
- Giá phòng từ 20.000 JPY - 49.999 JPY: 500 JPYY
- Giá phòng từ 50.000 JPY trở lên: 1.000 JPY
Thuế suất sẽ được áp dụng tương ứng cho tất cả các đặt phòng.

Trẻ em từ 13 tuổi được xem là người lớn

Trẻ em từ 0-12 tuổi được miễn phí nếu sử dụng giường sẵn có. Quý khách sẽ phải trả thêm phụ phí nếu sử dụng thêm giường phụ.

According to local tax regulation, effective from October 1, 2018, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):
Tax JPY 200 - for room rate of JPY 19,999 and under per night.
Tax JPY 500 - for room rate between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night.
Tax JPY 1,000 - for room rate of JPY 50,000 and over per night.
Tax rates will apply in accordance with all bookings.
Guests will be responsible for any differences in charges that may occur between the date of booking and checking out.
Please be informed that demolition work will take place at the Japan Red Cross Society building, next to the hotel, starting on July 1, 2024 all the way to May 31, 2025 (subject to change).
This might mean there will be some disturbance/noise during the day (Monday - Friday between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm), on those following dates. The hotel apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.

Special check-in instructions
Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Construction is underway near the property 10 AM-5 PM from July 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025 on weekdays. Guests may hear construction-related noise and vibration during business hours.

Know Before You Go

• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
