After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no room service, daily cleanings, or cable. This is a two story building with no elevator. The on site restaurant and bar are open Wednesday thru Sunday, 12 pm to 9pm. Dinner service starts at 5 pm. Paid parking 15 USD a night is non refundable and valid from check in to check out. Special check-in instructions
Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Guests are recommended to download the property's The Cole Hotel mobile app before check-in.
