Khách hàng đặt phòng có bữa tối phải nhận phòng trước 07.30 PM. Nếu không, bữa tối sẽ không thể phục vụ và không được hoàn tiền.
Không cung cấp nệm futon/giường hoặc bữa ăn cho trẻ em 1-2 tuổi.
Không thể nhận phòng sau 07.30 PM. Khách hàng đến sau thời gian nhận phòng trên cần cung cấp cho khách sạn thời gian dự kiến sẽ đến trong mục Yêu Cầu Đặc Biệt khi đặt phòng.
Ngay cả khi đặt phòng "có bữa tối trong phòng", bữa tối cho nhóm khách có từ 6 người trở lên sẽ được phục vụ ở phòng tiệc.
Phụ phí nêu trên sẽ được thu tại khách sạn.
Trẻ em trên 1 tuổi có thu phí 2.200 JPY mỗi trẻ mỗi đêm khi sử dụng giường có sẵn.
Vui lòng thông báo khách sạn về số lượng trẻ em, độ tuổi, yêu cầu cho bữa ăn và giường phụ trong mục Yêu cầu đặc biệt khi đặt phòng.

Check-in is not possible after 07:30 PM. Guests arriving outside the mentioned check-in hours are requested to provide an estimated time of arrival in the Special Request section upon booking.
Children over 1 year old will be charged JPY 2,200 per child per night when using existing bedding.
Dinner costs JPY 7,7000 per person. Guests are requested to contact the property for reservation 3 days in advance.
Even if guests booked with "In room dinner" plan, party of 6 or more will be served dinner at the banquet hall.
Extra fees as mentioned will be collected at the property.
Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 07:30 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided.
Guests with food allergies or preferences are advised to notify the property in advance via the Special Request box. Special dietary requirements are not acceptable on check-in day.
Please inform the property regarding number of children, age, meal plan, and extra bed requests in the Special Request section upon booking.

Special check-in instructions
The front desk is open daily from 6:30 AM - 10:30 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests requiring dinner at the hotel must arrive before 7 PM.

Know Before You Go

• Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Up to 2 children stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
