Know Before You Go

• The seasonal pool will be open from July 23 to August 29.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• A car is not required for transportation to and from this property.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

Kusatsu Onsen Hotel Village is a resort hotel surrounded by pleasant forest woods located close to a spa village. As awardee of 'Rakuten Travel Silver Award 2014 in Norther Kanto Area,' the hotel is especially known for having a hot pool at 1,200 meter altitude, a variety of hot springs drawn from three different underground water sources, and a number of attraction points. The hotel offers bright and unique guest rooms and delicious meals made with fresh seasonal ingredients.
