Chính sách của chỗ nghỉ cho trẻ em như sau:

Trẻ em không được ở loại phòng Nhỏ 2 Giường Đơn Shuhoukan Hút Thuốc & Không Hút Thuốc.
- Trẻ em 0 -1 tuổi được ở miễn phí nếu sử dụng giường có sẵn.
- Trẻ em 1 – 2 tuổi thu phí 2.200 JPY mỗi trẻ mỗi ngày.
- Trẻ em 3 – 5 tuổi thu phí bằng nửa giá người lớn (bao gồm Giường Kiểu Nhật hoặc Giường và bữa ăn).
- Trẻ em 7 – 12 tuổi thu phí bằng 70% giá người lớn (bao gồm Giường Kiểu Nhật hoặc Giường và bữa ăn).
- Trẻ em từ 13 tuổi trở lên được xem như người lớn.
Sức chứa tối đa cho mỗi phòng bao gồm cả trẻ em. Khách không thể vượt quá sức chứa trong mọi trường hợp.

Khách vượt quá sức chứa sẽ được chỉ định phòng bổ sung và sẽ tính phụ phí.

Khách bổ sung sẽ không được lưu trú nếu không có phòng trống trong chỗ nghỉ.

The maximum occupancy for each room includes children. Guests cannot exceed the limit under any circumstances.

Guests that will exceed the limit will be assigned additional rooms and additional charges will apply.

Guests in excess of the limit will not be accommodated if there are no available rooms in the property.


The property’s children policies are as below:

Children are not allowed to stay in the Shuhoukan Small Twin Smoking & Non Smoking room type.
- Children 0 -1 year old stay for free if using existing bedding.
- Children 1 – 2 years old will be charged JPY 2,200 per child per day.
- Children 3 – 5 years old will be charged half the adult price (inclusive of Japanese Bedding or Bedding and meal).
- Children 7 – 12 years old will be charged 70% of the adult price (inclusive of Japanese Bedding or Bedding and meal).
- Children 13 years and over are considered as adults. |

Special check-in instructions
To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property.

Know Before You Go

• Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
