Dịch vụ dọn phòng bổ sung có thể được thu xếp với một khoản phụ phí. Dịch vụ dọn phòng như trải giường và hút bụi được thực hiện 3 ngày một lần khi đặt phòng từ 4, 7 đêm trở lên. Lễ tân mở cửa từ 07:00 sáng đến 10:00 tối. Những khách đến ngoài khung giờ này cần liên hệ trực tiếp với chỗ nghỉ trước khi đến để có sắp xếp khác.
Nhận phòng hoặc trả phòng ngoài khung giờ nêu trên có thể có phụ thu.
Theo luật thuế tại địa phương, kể từ ngày 1/10/2018, khách cần đóng thuế chỗ ở, thanh toán trực tiếp cho chỗ nghỉ lúc nhận phòng (mỗi người mỗi đêm):

Thuế 200 JPY - đối với giá phòng 19.999 JPY trở xuống mỗi đêm.
Thuế 500 JPY - đối với giá phòng từ 20.000 JPY đến 49.999 JPY mỗi đêm.
Thuế 1.000 JPY - đối với giá phòng 50.000 JPY trở lên mỗi đêm.
Tuyệt đối không được mang thú nuôi vào chỗ nghỉ.

According to local tax regulation, effective from October 1, 2018, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):

Tax JPY 200 - for room rate of JPY 19,999 and under per night.
Tax JPY 500 - for room rate between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night.
Tax JPY 1,000 - for room rate of JPY 50,000 and over per night.
Additional housekeeping service can be arranged with an extra charge. Housekeeping such as bed making and vacuum cleaning is done every 3 days when booking for 4, 7 or more nights. However, trash can will be emptied, towels will be changed and consumable goods will be added daily. Hotel provide cleaning stuff, please ask at the reception.
Baby cot is available for free. Hotel only have a limited number of the items.
Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours may be subject to an additional charge.
Children aged 7 and over are counted as adults.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
Reception is open from 07:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Guests arriving outside these hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made.
