Effective 1 July 2022, the Penang state government has introduced a Fi -Hotel Tax at RM2 per room per night. The tax is payable upon arrival or departure at the hotel and is not included in the room rate
This is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.
Effective 1st Jan 2023, Hotel will start to collect MYR 10.00 of Tourism Tax per room per night for all the passport holders. Tourism Tax is a tax introduced by the Malaysian government on 1st September 2017. This tax is payable upon arrival or departure at the hotel and is not included in the room rate.
Kindly rest assured that all of our hotels have water storage tanks, and we will be arranging additional water storage facilities which we hope will be sufficient for our guests. However, we encourage our guests to use water sparingly during this period. Bottle drinking water will be provided during your stay.
We regret to inform our Valuable Guests that George Town will be experiencing water interruption issues from January 10, 2024 to January 15, 2024 due to the repairing work at the Sungai Dua Water Treatment Plan which was carried out by the Perbadanan Bekalan Air (PBA). |
