Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. During the listed exterior renovation dates scaffolding may obstruct room and restaurant views. Guests may hear construction related noises during business hours Garden Restaurant Printemps will be closed from March 1-June 30, 2025 due to renovation. During this period, breakfast will be available at the banquet hall.

Know Before You Go

• The seasonal pool will be open from May 01 to September 30.
• Children 6 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
