Established in 1963, Minsyuku Ryokan Kawai is located in the eastern part of Aichi prefecture ( just about center of Japanese Archipelago ), inside the mountain village of Okumikawa Quasi-National Park. One of the main specialties is the high quality dishes using locally grown ingredients, tastier than those of a guest house but less expensive than a traditional Japanese Inn. Guests can enjoy seasonal taste of mountain dishes as edible wild plants in spring, natural sweetfish in summer, matsutake mushroom in fall and wild boar hotpot in winter. Equipped with barrier-free facilities and radium hot spring bath, we offer promotional value plans with both dinner and breakfast at reasonable charges.
