We would like to remind you some information to consider before your arrival:• We recommend you that all restaurants and services (activities outdoor/indoor, treatments and Spa circuit, Gym, Kids Club, etc) must be reserved, due to the limited capacity. We have a very nice outdoor pool for that but only open in summer and can be closed as per the weather conditions.• For children we have the Kids Club: 3 consecutive hours of daily free access to the program of activities and entertainment with advance reservation required, for children from 4 to 12 years old. Special check-in instructions
Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact this property in advance to reserve spa access for a maximum of 2 hours per day.
