Midlands Park Health & Fitness Club opens Monday – Friday from 6.30am till 9:30pm (last entry at 9pm), Saturday & Sunday (including bank holidays) 8:30am-7pm (last entry 6:30pm)Wearing of pool shoes and swim cap is compulsory at the pool area. You can purchase pool shoes at the Leisure centre.
