Yêu cầu đặt cọc khi nhận phòng cho các chi phí phát sinh. Khoản đặt cọc này sẽ được hoàn lại đầy đủ khi trả phòng, tùy vào kết quả kiểm tra thiệt hại tại nơi ở. Chỉ có thể trả tiền đặt cọc bằng đồng Việt Nam (VND).
