Guests must transfer via boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 24 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property is accessible via catamaran transfer from Lote I-03 Manzana 12, 77520 Cancún, Q.R. (Dreams Vista Cancun Hotel pier). Scheduled transfers to and from the property are available 6 AM-10 PM. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 1 day before their expected arrival. Transfers outside of scheduled departures or arrivals will have to use a private service (surcharge).
