Renovation
Inorder to provide outstanding accommodations and services, the property is undergoing a multi-million dollar refurbishment starting from 9th August, 2010 and it will be completed early 2011. However, they will be operating 74 guest rooms and 10 exclusive Over Water Villas during this time. Work will be conducted between 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. The resort apologizes for the inconvenience and promise to deliver high level of guest experience, one that you might expect to receive from an IHG property.
Property outdoor pool would be temporary close until end of February or March 2025 due to rennovations. |

Special check-in instructions
Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Guests booked in breakfast included rate plans receive breakfast for up to 2 adults who are sharing a guestroom. Breakfast fees apply for additional guests. Guests booked in dinner included rate plans receive dinner for up to 2 adults who are sharing a guestroom. Dinner fees apply for additional guests. Swimming, diving, and fishing are not permitted in the lagoon until further notice. There is no restriction on use of kayaks and catamarans. The poolside activities have not been impacted, the hotel swimming pools, cabanas by the lagoon and the pool bar facilities are operational per normal.
