Special check-in instructions
Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Extra beds are available in select guestrooms, on request. The listed extra bed fee applies to bookings of 1-2 guests. Extra beds are available at no charge in select guestrooms for bookings of 3 guests.

Know Before You Go

• Reservations are required for massage services and private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Guests with tattoos are not able to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately JPY 3000 for adults and JPY 2100 for children
