As of December 24th, 2021, our pool, our parking lot, Passions on the Beach, Mangos, Horizons and 41 of our 72 studios and suites are fully renovated. No construction work will take place between December 24th, 2021, and April 19th, 2022. As of April 20th, 2022, we will start with the east side of the property (if standing with your back to the beach). This project will cover the lobby building, the last building of One-Bedrooms, Two-Bedrooms and Superior Studios and the 15 studios of the C-building, in addition to a 4th floor where we will add an ocean view gym and spa. Since these rooms will all be on one side of the property, we expect that inconveniences will be kept to a minimum.
