Khách hàng phải cung cấp giấy tờ hợp lệ theo quy định của chính phủ (như passport, chứng minh thư, bằng lái xe,…) khi nhận phòng.
Khách sạn yêu cầu tiền đặt cọc an ninh 300 AUD khi nhận phòng. Số tiền có thể được hoàn trả lại sau.
