If you wish to have your room cleaned, please notify the front desk by 10:00 AM on the day of your stay. If you do not wish to have your room cleaned, we will still clean your room once a week. Except for cleaning days, towels will be placed in front of the door every day and no one will enter your room.
All cars with the size of 2 meters height x 1.9 meters width x 5 meters length will be charged JPY 2,500 per night.
Additional JPY 150 per car will be charged for every 30 minutes when using the car park between 11:00 AM and 02:00 PM.
Amenity and slippers for children are available for free at front desk.
Breakfast for children 6 years old or above is not included even if bookings are made with Breakfast. Additional JPY 1,000 for children aged 6 to 12, and JPY 2,000 for 13 and above will be charged upon check-in.
Breakfast included plans do not include breakfast for bed-sharing children.
Children over 6 years old will be charged for breakfast fee.
Children under 12 years old stay for free (breakfast is charged for children 6 to 12 years old).
Early check-in before 02:00 PM and late check-out after 11:00 AM are subject to additional charges.
One child staying with one adult in a twin bed room will charged an adult's rate.
Please inform the property regarding the number of children, age, meal plan, and extra bed requests in the Special Request section upon booking.
The property can keep your baggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out. However, the property can only store your baggage on the check in/out date.
