People traveling to Colombia with children under 18 years of age are required to present the child's birth certificate and a photo ID (passport for international guests) during check-in. If the visitor is a relative or legal guardian of the child, a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents must be presented, along with photocopies of their IDs. If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent.
