Special check-in instructions
Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions prior to arrival. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The seasonal kids club is open Tuesday-Sunday from 9 AM to 6 PM in July and August.
Know Before You Go
- The seasonal pool will be open from April to October.
- Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
- Up to 2 children 6 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
- Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
- The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
- Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions and guests can access their rooms with a mobile device.
- Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.
Fees
- Fee for English breakfast: approximately EUR 42 for adults and EUR 42 for children
- Airport shuttle fee: EUR 180 per vehicle (one-way)
- Valet parking fee: EUR 75 per night
- Pet fee: EUR 40 per pet, per night
- Service animals are exempt from fees
- Early check-in fee: EUR 100 (subject to availability)
- Late check-out fee: EUR 200 (subject to availability)
- Rollaway bed fee: EUR 85.0 per night
