Khách sạn không chấp nhận đặt phòng từ các cặp đôi không kết hôn. Tất cả các cặp đôi nhận cùng phòng phải xuất trình giấy chứng nhận kết hôn khi nhận phòng theo luật. Nếu không, khách sạn có thể từ chối đặt phòng hoặc yêu cầu đặt một phòng thứ 2.
Trẻ em từ 5 tuổi được xem là người lớn
Trẻ em từ 0-4 tuổi được miễn phí nếu sử dụng giường sẵn có. Quý khách sẽ phải trả thêm phụ phí nếu sử dụng thêm giường phụ.
