Vui lòng lưu ý không thể nhận phòng ngoài giờ làm việc của tiếp tân. Khách hàng cần xuất trình chứng minh thư có ảnh hợp lệ và thẻ tín dụng có tên người đặt phòng khi nhận phòng. Ủy quyền trước thẻ tín dụng được yêu cầu lúc nhận phòng, khách sạn không chấp nhận đặt cọc an ninh bằng tiền mặt.
