Self-Check-in/Check-out kiosk is available from now. The reception counter will no longer be needed for check in/out. Customers can pay with cash or credit card upon check in/out especially during peak hours.

1. If the membership wasn't claimed when the reservation was made, please present the membership card to the front desk for accumulating points and stay history.
2. For Exclusive or Loyal member, please go to the front desk for check in/out.

Parking fee is JPY 1,500 per night before Thursday, April 1, 2021
After Thursday, April 1, 2021, the price will be revised to JPY 2,200 per night. |
Special check-in instructions
If you are planning to arrive after midnight please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Breakfast is not included in the breakfast rates for children ages 0-12 years when sharing existing bedding with an adult. Breakfast for children ages 6-12 is JPY 1700, for ages 4-5 is JPY 1200. There are no meal fees for children age 3 years and under.

- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
