Special check-in instructions
Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Guests booking rates that include 2 meals must contact this property in advance to book the meals and convey a time preference for dinner; choices are 5:30 PM, 6:00 PM, 7:30 PM, or 8:00 PM. For the comfort of guests using the public bathing areas, this property does not permit guests with tattoos to use the public baths.

Know Before You Go

• The seasonal pool will be open from July to August.
• Pool access available from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Hot springs access available from 3:00 PM to midnight.
• Reservations are required for golf tee times, massage services, and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Up to 2 children stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
