Khách muốn dọn phòng phải dán thẻ Yêu cầu dọn phòng vào nam châm bên ngoài cửa trước 9:00.
Xin lưu ý, chúng tôi không thay bộ đồ giường, ví dụ ga trải giường.
Vì lý do vệ sinh, cứ cách 3 đêm, chúng tôi sẽ dọn phòng của quý khách 1 lần, bao gồm cả việc thay khăn trải giường, ngay cả khi quý khách không dán thẻ Yêu cầu dọn phòng trước cửa phòng.
Chỗ nghỉ không chấp nhận bất kỳ Yêu cầu Đặc biệt nào liên quan đến loại giường.Vui lòng đặt phòng theo đúng loại phòng/giường.

The property cannot provide any extra bed in each room.
And Children over 6 years old are regarded as adults. If you have 2 adults and 1 child who is 7 years old, you are advised to make reservations of 2 rooms for 3 people.
To change your reservation information or cancel your reservation, please contact the booking site's Customer Support Center.
[About "Special Requests and Preferences"]
Please check your room type carefully. If you would like to stay in a room which has 2 beds, a "Twin room" is recommended. Also, if you are not a smoker, non-smoking is highly recommended, because a smoking room smells bad for any person who does not smoke. The guest who prefers a room with a large bed should make a reservation for a "Single" room or "Small Double Bed" room. They have a bed with a width of 120 cm (1.2 meters), which is larger than that in a "Twin room". Please note that both a "Single" room and "Small Double Bed" room have only 1 bed.
Please refrain from sending us "Special Requests and Preferences" to change your room type because we cannot change any reservation information by ourselves; it means we need approval from the booking site to change or cancel your reservation.
If you would like to change your room type, for example changing from "Small Double Bed Smoking" to "Twin - Non-Smoking", please make a new reservation for the room type you desire, and cancel your previous reservation.
Also, please check our cancellation policy before cancelling your reservation. When you cannot cancel your reservation for free, please contact the customer support team at the booking site. Please do not demand that of our receptionist because they cannot do nothing to waive your cancellation fee.

[Others] To guests staying for consecutive nights
In order to operate the hotel in an environmentally friendly manner, only guests staying for consecutive nights who wish to have their guest rooms cleaned will be able to do so.
Guests who wish to have their rooms cleaned must affix the Cleaning Request Tag to the magnet outside the door by 9:00 AM.
The property does not change bedding such as sheets.
For hygiene reasons, the room will be cleaned every three nights, including changing sheets, even if the Cleaning Request Tag is not attached.

On November 30, 2023, the entire renovation work of APA Hotel (Keisei Narita Ekimae) was completed.
We have renovated the unit baths in all guest rooms and installed mixing faucets with a fixed water stop function.
Additionally, ceiling lights have been newly installed in the rooms, making the rooms brighter and more comfortable.
In addition, all guest rooms are equipped with APA Hotel's original bed, ``Cloud Fit,'' and under-bed storage (with the exception of some rooms) is also available.
A new chandelier has been installed in the lobby, welcoming guests with a luxurious atmosphere!

Special check-in instructions
If you are planning to arrive after midnight please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Housekeeping service is provided on request, for stays of 2 nights or more. To request housekeeping, guests must place the cleaning request sign on their door by 9 AM on the day of cleaning service. Bedsheet exchanges are not provided for guests staying under 3 nights.

Know Before You Go

• Children 6 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• A car is recommended for transportation to and from this property.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
