Please note that pets are allowed on the property. The hotel accepts one small animal, until 7 kg and 20 cm height, per apartment. They must be trained. For larger pets, there is a kennel available. If guests would like to bring a pet, they must first confirm with the hotel and agree to their extensive rules. Please contact the property for further details.According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Know Before You Go

• Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information.
• One child 5 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section).
• Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.
• Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.

Fees

• Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately BRL 0.01 for adults and BRL 0.01 for children
• Pet fee: BRL 54.75 per pet, per day
