Once the booking has been confirmed, any modifications to guest personal or booking details, including amend guest name or add second guest name will not be possible.
A deposit of MOP/HKD 1,000 per room is required upon check-in. The cash deposit will be refunded upon check-out if no additional charges are made. If authorized using a credit card, refunds will be processed approximately 2-4 weeks after check-out, depending on the card-issuing bank. For electronic payments (Alipay/WeChat Pay), refunds will be processed through the original account within 3 days. - Once the reservation is confirmed, no modifications can be made to the reservation details, including modifying the guest name or adding additional guest names.
The name on the credit card used for the payment to the property directly should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID to property and credit card upon reservation, please contact hotel for more details.
