- Trash is required to be disposed of as instructed by the host or as instruction displayed in the trash room. Leaving trash in the corridor is not allowed. The penalty of MYR 50 is applicable in offense.
- Strictly no loud music and noise inside the unit or in common areas, especially after 9:00 PM. The penalty of MYR 50 is applicable in offence.
- If you have booked a shared unit, please clean up after yourself after using common areas. The penalty of MYR 50 is applicable in offence.
- We are not responsible for any belongings left behind after check-out. Please take care of your belongings and valuables. For security reasons, our staff are trained to dispose of all guest belongings after check out if found, regardless of its value.
- We welcome you to extend your stay with us by informing us AT LEAST ONE DAY BEFORE. A transportation fee for the cleaning agent of MYR 20 is applicable for an extension completed on the check-out date.

We will not hesitate to remove guests/penalize guests who broke our house rules and no refund will be offered for unstayed nights.

- Strictly no partying, gambling, or illegal activities. We reserve the right to remove guests without a refund and contact relevant authorities if we suspect such activities.
- Smoking inside our unit, including the balcony and any restricted areas in the building is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. We will not hesitate to apply a MYR 200 restoration charge for doing such activities.

• Infant under 1 year old. Stay for free if using existing bedding. Baby cot/crib may be requested directly from the property.
• Children 1-1. Stay for free if using existing bedding. If you need an extra bed, it will incur an additional charge.
• Guests 2 years and older are considered as adults. Must use an extra bed which will incur an additional charge.

Important Notice

• Regular tax and fees are included in this stay. Addtional charges (City tax (Europe，Malaysia), resort fees, facility fees (North America), municipal fee (Dubai), tourism Tax (Malaysia), Sales and Service Tax(SST, Malaysia), etc.) may be charged directly by the hotel; Any other fees occured in the hotel such as addtional service fees, violation fines will also be charged by the hotel directly.
